Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What are the expected production times?

We work with three categories, each with their own processing time:

  • Non-in-house created items (purchased items): 1–2 business days
  • In-house printed items (such as printed T-shirts & boxers): 2–3 business days
  • Handmade items (lingerie, chokers, harnesses, FLURT Home-made): 5–7 business days

When ordering multiple handmade items, the waiting time may increase.
Would you like to know where your order is in production? Feel free to send us an email , and we'll check the current processing time.

2. Will my order be shipped in installments?

No. Orders containing a mix of different items are always shipped all at once once everything is ready. This saves us shipping costs and is better for our planet. 🌍

3. How long does delivery take?

Within Belgium, delivery time is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
You will always receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

For the Netherlands it is also only 2-3 working days.

4. Can I return my order?

Because our products are printed to order or handmade, we only accept returns in the event of a demonstrable production error .
Lingerie, briefs, and boxer shorts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us if you have any problems.

Return costs are for the customer , unless otherwise agreed.

5. How can I place an order for an event or company?

6. How can I contact you if I have questions?

You can always contact us via info@flurtshop.be or our contact form.
We respond to messages within 24–48 hours , except during holiday periods.

7. Do you have holiday periods when production is at a standstill?

Yes. Holidays are always announced in advance on our website and social media. Ordering remains possible, but production will resume upon our return.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

This is possible as long as production has not yet started.
Want to change something? Please contact us as soon as possible , and we'll see what's possible.

9. My package arrived damaged, what now?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage.
We will then work together to find a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

10. Do you offer customization and personalization?

Absolutely! From personalized chokers to complete party outfits – FLURT loves customization.
