### 1. How long does the production process take?
As all our products are handmade to order, we aim to produce and ship your order within 5 working days. In exceptional cases this can take up to 10 working days. Should this be the case, we will contact you and offer appropriate compensation or an alternative.

### 2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Within Belgium, the estimated delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on the carrier.

### 3. Can I return my order?
Returns will only be accepted if a production error has been determined. Because our products are custom made for you, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection or personal preference. Briefs and boxer shorts cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless there is a major production error. Return costs are always for the customer.

### 4. How can I contact you for a large order for an event or company?
We are always open to collaborations with events and companies! If you are interested in a larger order, please send us an email at theflurtshop@gmail.com or use our contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.

### 5. How can I reach you if I have questions about my order?
You can always reach us at theflurtshop@gmail.com or our contact form. We aim to respond to all questions and requests within 24-48 hours. (excluding holiday periods)

### 6. Do you have holiday periods when production is at a standstill?
Yes, we take a few vacations a year, which are announced in advance via our website and social media. During these periods you can still place orders, but production will not start again until we return.

### 7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we offer custom products, orders can only be modified or cancelled if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.

### 8. What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damage. We will find a solution together, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

### 9. Do you offer customization options?
We currently offer a number of customization options for our products (such as the choice of colors or charms for jewelry or a personalization option for boxer shorts). Please check the product pages for available options, or contact us for special requests.
